I'm Roger Stevens, Jr., president of Loyal Landscaping, and I love my work.
I guess I'm kind of a landscaping geek. What can I say? Everyone has their thing; for me, it's landscaping.
It's not just about sprucing up people's properties. We're helping people create something meaningful. We're making it easier for people to be with their families.
I want to make dreams come true. I know it sounds corny but I believe that. I love being able to help my customers every day that I'm with them. That's a part of who I am.

We have three kids now. We work hard as well. I know how challenging it can be to raise a family and make time for yourself. Sometimes it just takes a small break during the day to make all the difference.
Creating a space for moms, dads, and families to take a break in the fresh air is part of my work in this world.

My father told me two things that have always stayed with me. "You want to be loyal to yourself and those around you, and you want to respect yourself and others as well."
I've always been a loyal person, and I've always been devoted to those around me. I've tried my best to be loyal to myself.
I grew up with those values instilled in me, so the idea for the company name, Loyal Landscaping, came naturally. Now my father works with my wife and me in our business. His words still ring as true as ever. Life has come full circle and I'm grateful each day.
